the turning of the Road for the Conveniency of the Inhabitants and not to the prejudice of any if Possible and
they to make their Report to next Court &c

     To the Worshipfull his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Somersett County in Court
sitting               The humble Petition of Thomas Ralph sheweth that whereas your
                            Petitioner hath part of a tract of Land Called Trulick Grange whose Bounders he wants
assertained wherefore humbly Craves that your worships grant Commissions and appoint Such men as
you think fitt to take Evidence and do what is further Requisite in Such a Case as the Law directs and
your Petitioner as in duty bound shall pray &c

                   The Petition afd being Read and heard and the premisses Considered      It's therefore
Ordered by the Court that a Commission Issue to the Said Thomas Ralph for the perpetuating the Bounds
of Land afd and Likewise Mess.rs Joseph Pemberton, Jno Handy, George Scott and James MccMorie
are appointed Commissioners to Execute the Said Commission as the Law doth direct &c

    Thomas Dixon appointed Constable of Manny hundred for the Ensueing Year in Stead of Jno Laws &c
Tooke the Oaths appointed & subscribed the Oath of abjuration & test &c

Randall Revell appointed Constable of Manocan hundred in Stead of David Brown for the Ensueing
Year &c          Boaz Walston appointed Constable for annamessex hundred for the Ensueing
             Year in Stead of Thomas Dixon tooke the Oaths appointed with the Oath of Constable and Subscribed
the Oath of abjuration & Test &c

       John Lane apponted Constable of Pocomoke hundred for the Ensueing Year in Stead
of Thomas Perkins took the Oaths appointed and subscribed the Oath of abjuration & test &c

        William Turpin appointed Overseer of the Road in Manocan hundred in Stead of
Marcy Fountain &c

          John Paty appointed Constable of Baltemore hundred in Stead of John Holland &c

          Samuel Hopkins ^Junr^ appointed Constable of Mattaponie hundred for the Ensueing Year instead
of Thomas Milbourn &c

          Abraham Smith appointed Constable of Boquetennorton hundred for the Ensueing Year
In Stead of Thomas Pointer took the Oaths appointed and Subscribed the Oath of abjuration & test

             John Patrick Jun.r appointed Overseer of the Road in Baltemore hundred in
          Stead of Robert Gant &c
