                                            Att a Court of the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary
                      of the Provinces of maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c held at dividing Creek
for Somersett County by his Said Lordships Commissioners and Justices of the peace the third tuesday of Novem
being the Sixteenth day of the Same month and in the tenth Year of his Said Lordships Dominion &c

       Proclamation being made in Usual form and the Sherr of Somersett County being Called
to make Return of the Pannell of the Grand Jury Returns the Same which Jury is as followeth viz.t
Edward Rownd, James Rownd, Edmond Hough, Mat. Hopkins, John Beavens, Joseph Houston
William Laws, Giddian Tilman, Edward Chapman, John Murrow, John Fleming, John Purnall
Christopher Glass, Lewis Disharoon, Richard Rider, Samuel Alexander, Thomas Renshaw, John
King, Richard Chambers, Thomas Brereton, John Walker, John Willson, Will.m Keble

         Who being severally Called appeared and were Charged and Sent Out to Consider who soon
after Returned present to the Court here the following presentments viz.t Presentm.t against
Elizabeth Downs, Isabell Eaton, Hannah Breedy, Rachell Porter; Marg.tt Fenton, Eliz.a Reed, Thomas
Mumford, Andrew Thompson, Mary Lathbury and Gabriel Powell being Content the Court Should
amend form altering noe matter of Substance in the Said presents which they found to be true
       thereupon the grand Jurors are accordingly discharged and Ordered that they be allowed
the Sum of Five hundred pounds of tobo to be paid this Levey Court      and against the
afd Eliza Downs, Isabell Eaton, Hannah Breedy Rachell Porter Marg.tt Fenton, Eliz.a Reed Mary
Lathbury and Gabriel Powell so as afd Presented 'tis ordered that Capias Issue Returnable to
Next Court &c

Others Pet.n about a road &c
Upon the Petition of Joseph Brittingham and Others to have a road Cleared
from their Habitations to the main ^County^ Road &c   thereupon it's Ordered by the
                                  Court that Mess.rs William ^Fasitt^ Planner and Ebenezer Franklin goe at a time by them
          to be appointed and Lay out and direct a road to be Cleared for the Benefitt of the Petitions afd
          into the main County Road and that the Same Road so as afd to be Laid Out by Mess.rs William
          ^Fasitt^ Planner and Ebenezer Franklin be Cleared and enacted maintained by the Petitioner afd and
          that they make their Report thereof to Next Court &c
