nor does any other person appear for him to shew Cause to the Contrary &c       Whereupon the said Joseph
MccClester by Levin Gale his attorney prays that upon giveing Security according to act of assembly the afd sum
of three thousand six hundred pounds of tobacco as of the Rights and Creditts of the said Jonathan Raymond so as
afd attached in the hands of the said Thomas Gillis may be Condemned towards satisfying of the said John MccClester
his damages and Costs afd   Thereupon a Certain George Dashiell of Somersett County Gent Present herein Court
undertakes for the said Joseph MccClester according to act of assembly that in Case the said Jonathan Raymond do at
any time within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of the said Joseph MccClesters Claim against him
to be satisfyed or otherwise to have been undue before the Laying of this attachm.t that then the said Joseph
MccClester Shall make Restitution unto him the said Jonathan Raymond of all or Such part thereof as shall
be made appear to be undue &c or that he the Said George Dashiell will doe it for him &c

                   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the said Sum of three thousand six hundred pounds
of tobacco so as afd attached be Condemned in the hands of the said Joseph M Thomas Gillis as of the rights and
Creditts of the afd Jonathan Raymond for the use of the said Joseph MaClester towards satisfying of his damages
and Costs afd and that thereof he have his Execution against the said Thomas Gillis according to act of assembly &c

 This being an action of trespa debt for two Cows and Calves and two Steer's &c
wherein the Sherr of Somersett County to whom the writt in the same action was directed
Comes and makes Return thereof Endorsed vizt  Cepi Corpus p Joseph MccClester Sherr
                   Whereupon the Said John Bishop being Called appears and thereupon the said Jn.o Bishop at the
Prayer of the Plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd thereupon a Certain Abraham
Smith of Somersett County Gent Present herein Court undertakes for the Said John Bishop that I Case the
said Adam Spence Jun.r shall Recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the Said Jn.o Bishop or that the said
Jn.o Bishop shall be therein Convict that he the said John Bishop shall pay the Condemnation of the Court
thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that he
the said Abraham Smith Will do it for him thereupon the said Jno Bishop in his Own proper person appears
and Imparles till Next Court &c
