52 acquitt and goe thereof without day &c thereupon It's Ordered by the Court that the Said Thomas Hugg give security ^for all the^ fees due by Occasion of the premises afd Whereupon a Certain George Dashiell of Somersett County Gent present here in Court undertakes to pay the Severall Officers their fees due by Meanes of the premisses afd upon the Information afd &c Whereas mary Hobbs wife of a Certain Joy Hobbs was bound to the good behaviour during the pleasure of the Court is this day discharge there from &c
Whereupon It's Ordered by the Court that the Said Richard Tiler give New Recognizance with two securitys for his good behaviour & appearance at Next Court ^to be held for the County afd^ &c Thereupon the said Richard Tiler present in Court acknowledged himselfe to Owe & Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors in the sum of forty pounds Sterling to be Levied on his body goods & Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of his said Lordship ^his heirs and successors^ In Case he does not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of November ^Next^ & answer to his Said Lordship Concerning all Such Matters and things as shall be then and there objected against him on his Said Lordships Behalfe and to stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereon and not to depart the Court without Lycence thereof and in the Mean time to be of the good Behaviour to all his Lordships Liege people and more Especially to Mathew Kinnigan &c Likewise ^a Certain^ Henry Windsor and John Collins both of Somersett County ^Planters^ present here in Court undertakes for the said Richard Tiler and acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Right honrble the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each to be Seperately Levied on ^their^ the bodys goods & Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of his Said Lordship ^his heirs & successors^ In Case the Said Richard Tiler do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Next to answer unto his Said Lordship Concerning all Such Matters and things as shall be then and there Objected against him on his said Lordships Behalfe and to stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereof and not to depart the Same Court with out Lycence thereof and in the Mean time to be of the good behaviour to all his Lordships Liege people and more Especially to the afd Mathew Kinnigan &c |
