petitioner therefore prays your worships to Issue a Commission according to the form of the act
of Assembly in Such Case Lately made and provided to four such persons as you shall think
Proper to Examine Wittnesses to perpetuate the bounderys of the said Lands and your Petitioner
as in duty bound shall Ever pray                     Thomas Gillis

                      The petition afd being read and heard and maturally Considered   It's therefore ordered
by the Court that a Commission Issue or by the Petition afd is praid and that George Dashiell ^Henry^ Jno
^Ballard^ Caldwell John Leatherbury and Edward North of Somersett County Gent be and are appointed Commissioners
to Examined Evidences in relation to the premisses afd &c


Thomas Scott
Pet.n to be Tax Free
To the Worshipfull Court Now Sitting the humble Petition of Thomas Scott humbly sheweth
that whereas your petitioner has born Lame with Paines in my Lims for this five
                         Years Past and is not able to doe any worke whereby to gett to pay his Taxes humbly
prays your worships would allow him to be tax Free and your Petitioner as in Duty Bound shall

                         The Petition afd being Read and heard and the premisses Considered Its Therefore
Ordered by the Court that the afd Thomas Scott be Levy Free as by the Pet.n afd is Pray'd untill Such
time as he shall be restored to his ability of body to Labour whereby he might discharge his Taxes &c


David Shehee

Pet.n to be tax free

     The Petition of David Shehe being in Pain and weakness through old age
humbly prays ^that the^ your worshipfull Court Justices in Court Sitting would put him Clear
                   of Paym.t of his Leveys not being able of these two years past too Labour nor any assistance
       in his Said Family to gett his Liveing the humble request of David Shehe

                   The pet.n afd being read & heard and the premisses Considered   Therefore its Ordered by the Court
       that the afd David Shehe be discharged from paying of Taxes untill he shall be restored to his
       former ability of Body whereby he might Labour to discharge the same &c

     Petition
To the worshipfull Justices of the Court may it pleas your worships
         whereas I the subscriber being your poor Petitioner and for some
                   Years been disabled in my Limbs and Eye sight which is the Occasion of this my Poor
    Petition desires your worships may pleas to sett me Tax free and your poor Petitioner will at
    all times be in duty bound to pray         W.m Murray

             The petition afd being Read and heard and fully determined   Wherefore it is Considered by the
    Justices here that the afd W.m Murray be for the for the future Levey Free as by the pet.n afd is praid &c
