       this Ninth day of July in the 10th Year of our Dominion &c anno Dom 1725          (Greatt Seal)

Which being Read and heard   Thereupon William Planner, John Jones, William Fasitt John Smith
William Stoughton and John Caldwell Gent Pursuant to the dedimus to them directed administred ye
Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly to be taken to the Government and the accustomed oath
of Justice to Samuel Hopkins, John MccClester, and John Scott who severally take the same and
subscribe the oath of abjuration and test and take their places   Thereupon Samuell Hopkins Jn.o
MccClester and John Scott Gent administer the same Oaths to William Planner, John Jones, W.m
Fasitt John Smith, William Stoughton and John Caldwell Gent who take the same and severally
subscribe the oath of abjuration and Test and take their places as follows vizt

His Lordships Justices

Thereupon the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly of this province to be taken to the Governm.t
are administred to Thomas Hayward Clerk with the accustomed Oath of Clerk who takes the same and is
admitted accordingly

          The Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly were administred to Levin Gale George Dashiell
and Alexander Hall who takes the Same and are admitted as attorneys in this Court &c

          W.m Merchament is admitted as Cryer took the Severall Oaths appointed to the Governm.t &c

John Walters brings a negro boy into Court Called Perry and prays the Judgm.t of the Court in Relation to the
said Negro Boy's age who is thereupon adjudged to be of the age of six years &c

    William Waters brings a negro Boy into Court ^Called York^ and prays the Judgm.t of the Court in Relation to the said
Negro Boys age who is thereupon adjudged to be of the afd of six Years &c

          William Rennold a Servant Boy of Coll Arnold Elzeys is who was Imported into this County in the
Ship Called the Mungummery is adjudged to be of the age of Nine years &c

to Examine Evidences
To the Worshipfull Justices of Somersett County Court the Pet.n of Thomas Gillis
humbly sheweth        that your Petitioner is possessed with Part of two tracts
                            of Land Lying in the County afd the one Called Smiths adventure the other Second Choice the
       boundarys of which are decayed much and the Wittnesses to prove them antient and Infirm Your
                                                                                                                                     (Petitioner)
