Ordered by the Court that Richard Tiler and Benjamin Esome pay unto Robert Collier, Roger Nicholson
Jun.r Jacob Messick & John Hopkins and to Each of them the Sum of One hundred & fifty pounds
of tobacco being due unto Each of them for their attendance as Evidences five days Each on behalfe of
the afd Richard Tiler & Benj.a Esome they having made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court Richard Tiler and Benjamin Esome pay unto Henry Dashiel the Sum of sixty pds
of Tob.o it being due unto him for his attendance two days as Evidence on behalfe of the Lord proprietary
against them he having made oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court that James Polke Pay unto John Waller, George Phebus and his
wife, William Sasser, George Phebus Junr, William Robinson, Jn.o Wilcox, and Ann Ballard the
wife of Jervis Ballard, And to Each of them the Sum of sixty pounds of Tobacco being due unto
Each of them for their attendance two days as Evidence Each on behalfe of the Lord proprietary
against the said James Porke they having made Oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court that Ann Covington pay unto Thomas Cary and John Jones the Sum
of sixty pounds of tobacco Each for their attendance two days as Evidence Each for the said Ann
Covington against Love Hobs they having made oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court that John Hudson Jun.r Pay unto Samuel Shewell and John Fasitt
and to Each of them the sum of Ninety pounds of tobacco being due unto Each of them for their attendance
three days as Evidences on behalf of the said John Hudson against John Onorton they having made
Oath to the same &c

    Ordered by the Court that John Onorton pay unto Samuel Shewell, Isaac Rapoone and
Richard Wood Craft and to Each of them the Sum of Ninety pounds of tobacco being due unto Each of them
