Wailes in Case the Said William Pepper shall not pay and Satisfie to the Said Benjamin Wailes
the said sumes of tobacco so as afd recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on the
tenth day of November Next               Accknowledged before us two of his Lordships Justices for

Hammond do Confess Judgmt to Emond Hough for the Sum of three
                                           hundred and twenty pounds of good Merchantable Pork and Eighteen Shill
       and Nine pence Curr.t mony Debt and three hundred & fifty seven pounds of tobacco Costs which Sum
    was Recovered by the Said Emond Hough against John Hammond on the Eighteenth day of March
    Last past in the afd County the Said Sum of three hundred and twenty pounds of Pork and Eighteen
    Shillings and Nine pence Debt and three hundred & fifty seven pounds of tobacco Costs of Suite to
    be Levied of your bodys, goods, or Chattells ^or^ Lands or tenements for the Use of the Said Edmond
    Hough if said John Hammond shall not pay and Satisfie to the said Edmond Hough the said
    Sums as afd recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon by the tenth day of Nov.r
    Next      acknowledged before us the Subscribers the 7th day of June 1725

to Certain John Donolson for the Sum of One pounds fifteen Shillings Curr.t
                            money and One thousand One hundred seventy Eight pounds of tobacco which sum was
       Recovered by the Said John Donelson against the Said Roger Nicholson on the Sixteenth day
       of march in the Year One thousand seven hundred and twenty four before the Justices of Somrsett
       County Court upon the afd day the afd One pounds fifteen Shillings and one thousand one
       hundred and seventy Eight to be Levied of your bodys goods Chattells Lands and tenements for
       the use of the said John Donelson in Case the said roger Nicholson shall not pay and or
       satisfie to the said John Donolson the said One pounds fifteen Shillings & one thousand one
       hundred & seventy Eight pounds of tobacco so as afd recovered ag.t him with the additional Costs
       thereon the tenth day of November Next taken before us this 4.th day of June 1725
