Thousand seven hundred and Twenty five That the afd John Hudson Jun and his Pledges of
Prosecuting That is John Doe and Richard Roe Be in Mercey and That the afd John Onorton
Goe thereof without day &c   Also It is Considered That the afd John Onorton recover againest
the afd John Hudson the Sum of                                                        Pounds of Tobacco for his
919   His Costs and Charges by him about his Default in that Behalf Laid out and Expended the Same
John Onorton ^by the Court^ hereof his Assent According to the form of the Statute in Such Case Lately made and
Provided adjudged And That the afd John Onorton Have thereof his Execution &c

          You William Pepper, Thomas Fletcher and Abraham Smith doe
Confess Judgm.t to Benjamin Wailes for the Sum of thirty pounds two Shillings
and four pence a Certain Debt as also the Sum of three hundred and twenty three
pounds of tobacco Costs of Suite as also One hundred and Ninty pounds of tobacco additional Costs as also
the Sum of Four hundred and Sixty Six pounds of tobo by the Court adjudged for his Costs and Charges
which Sum's was recovered by the Said Benjamin Wailes against William Pepper on the Ninteenth day
of November in Somersett County the Said Sum of thirty pounds two Shillings and four pence & three
hundred & twenty three pounds of tobo Costs of Suite and One hundred & Ninty pounds of tobacco additional
Costs and four hundred and Sixty Six pounds of tobacco by the Court adjudged unto him for his Costs &
damages to be Levied of your bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of the said Benj.a
Wailes in Case the Said William Pepper shall not pay and satisfie to the said Benj.a Wailes the said
Sumes of money and tobacco so as afd recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on the
tenth day of Novem Next      acknowledged before us two of his Lordships Justices of the peace
for Somersett County this 18.th day of June 1725               W.m Fasitt      Jn.o McClester
