Robert and John Crouch Orphans as afd Their Heirs Exrs Admrs or assignes the full and Just Sum
of Seven Pound Two Shillings and Two Pence Being the Just Ballance Due to Each of Them from
Their father's Estate when they shall attain to full age according to Act of assembly them the above

Richard Plunkett and William Collins all of Somersett County in the Province afd
are Holden and firmly Bound unto John Smith Orphan of John Smith decd
                                        In the full and Just Sum of Sixteen pounds Eighteen shillings and Eight Pence
Curr money to be paid unto the said John Smith Orphans as afd His heirs Exrs Admrs or assignes to the
which Payment well and Truly to Be made and Done wee Bind Our Selves Our and Either of Our
Heirs Exrs and admrs for the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these Psents
sealed with our Seals and Dated this 17th day of June Ann Dom 1725
The Condition of the above Obligation is such That if the Above Bound Caleb Harris, Richard
Plunckett or William Collins or Either of their heirs Executors or Adm.rs do well and Truely pay or Cause
to be paid unto the ^above^ Said John Smith his heirs Executors Admrs or assignes the full and Just Sum of
Eight pounds Nine shillings and four pence Being the Just Ballance due to him from his said fathers
Estate when he shall attain to full age according to Act of Assembly Then the above Obligation to
