Negro for the future and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray for your Worships
                the Petition afd ^being^ Read and heard and fully understood and Mature delibration thereupon
had.      Therefore it is Considered by the Court that the afd Elizabeth Gray be discharged from paying
of Taxes for the afd Negro Called Peter for the future as by the pet.n afd is prayd &c

 Somersett County fs:  Know all men by these presents that wee Abigail Weight, Tobias
Pepper and Patrick Guttery all of Somersett County and province of Maryland are
holden and firmly bound unto Comfort, Patience Nathaniel and Joseph Weights orphans
                of Nathaniel Weight dec.d in the full and Just sum of forty five pounds & Eight
       Pence Curr.t money to be paid unto the said Comfort, Patience, Nathaniel, and Joseph Weights
Orphans as afd their heirs Executors admrs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be
made and performed we bind our selves our and Either of our heirs Executors and adm.rs for the
whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with Our Seals and
dated this 16.th day of June anno Dom 1725

          The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that if the above bound Abigail Weight her
heirs Executors or adm.rs do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Comfor Patience,
Nathaniel, and Joseph Weights Orphans as afd their heirs Executors adm.rs or assignes the
full and Just Sum of five pounds twelve Shillings and Seven Pence being the Just ballance
due to Each of them from their Said fathers Estate when they Shall attain to full age according to
act of assembly then the above Obligation to be void Otherwise to Remain in full force and vertue

 Know all men by these Psence that We Elizabeth Crouch and Joseph Vennables
all of Somersett County in the Province afd are Holden and firmly Bound unto
Robert Crouch and John Crouch Orphans of Robert Crouch deceased In the full
and Just Sum of Twenty Eight Pounds Eight Shillings and Eight pence to be paid
untill the said Robert and John Crouch Their heirs Executors Admrs or assignes
To which Payment well and Truly to be made and done we Bind our selves Our
and Either of Our heirs Executors and Admrs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly
By these Psents sealed with our seal and Dated this 17.th day of June Ann Dom 1725
