whereby he held or detained the Said Peter Swell as a servant &c

                Wherefore it is Ordered by the Court that the afd Peter Swell from the Service of the
afd Rowland Beavins be acquitt and that the afd Rowland Beavins pay unto Joseph Houston
a debt to the Value of Sixteen hundred pence and Sixty Pence for the afd Peter Swell according
to an agreem.t made between the afd Rowland Beavens and the afd Peter Swell &c

       And further it is ordered by the Court that the afd Rowland Beavens pay unto the afd Peter
Swell the Sum of One hundred and Ninty Eight pounds of tobo for his Costs and Charges in this
behalfe Laid Out and Expended &c

Ordered by the Court that Thomas Ralph be overseer of the roads in Nanticoke hundred in the
stead of George Dashiell sen.r to Clear from a tree Called Colloways tree along the Road to the Lower
ferry over Nanticoke River and from the head of Tipquin to quanticoe Mill and from the head
of Tipquin halfe way to Stepney Parish Church and from Will.m Joyles' halfe way ^to^ the road that
Leads up wickacomoco River &c

Somersett fs          The Jurors for his Lordship the Right honrble Charles absolute
Lord and proprietary of the province of Maryland that Now is &c upon their
Oath do present that a Certain rosannah Cavonough Late of all hollows
             parish in Somrsett County other wise Called Rosannah Cavenough Late
    of alhollows parish in Somersett ^the^ County afd spinstress on or about ye Last day
    of May Anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred & twenty Six at ye parish
    & County afd within the Jur of this Court did Comitt fornication with a Certain
    person to this Jury unknown by reason whereof ye said Rosannah Cavonough
    was Delivered of a female Bastard Child on the or about ye Last Day of
    Febry Anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred & twenty Six at ye place
    afd within ye afd Jurisdiction to ye great Dishonour of almighty god & against
    ye peice of ye right honourable ye Lord proprietary of this province his good
    rule & government and against the forme of an act of assembly of this province
                            Dashiell Cl of Indictments

    On the Back side of the foregoeing Bill of Indictm.t it was thus Endorsed viz.t Billa Vera

          Thereupon Command was given to the sherr of Somersett County that he should take the afd
    Rosannah Cavanough Late of Somersett County otherwise Called Rosannah Cavanough ^late^ of alhollows
    Parish in the County afd Spinster if she should be found in his bailywick and her should safe
