266 The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above bound Ann Davis Daniel Wharton and Michael Godwin them or any or either of them their heirs Executors and adm.rs shall well and truely Pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd John and Ann Fasitt orphans as afd their heirs Executors adm.rs or assignes the sum of twenty one pounds two shillings and Eleven Pence when they shall Come to full age to Receive the same according to appraism.t and the said dec.d will than the above Recognizance to be void and of None Effect otherwise &c
Whereupon a Certain Mary Fountain admrx of the afd John Fountain decd present herein Court is ordered to give security for the afd Ballance according to Law &c Thereupon the afd Mary Fountain together with Solomon Tull and Nicholas Fountain both of the County afd Present here in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and be Indebted unto Risden Fountain orphan of the afd John Fountain dec.d in the Sum of Ninty five pds fifteen Shillings and four pence Curr.t money Joyntly and Severally upon their bodys goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be made and Levied for the use of the afd Risden Fountain his heirs and assigns if it happen default be made in the Condition here under written The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above bound Mary Fountain her heirs Executors ^or^ adm.rs shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid Risden Fountain his heirs Executors or adm.rs the Sum of forty seven pounds seventeen shillings and Eight pence (when he shall arrive at full age) according to Law and Appraisment then the above Recognizance to be void and of None Effect otherwise &c Ordered by the Court that John Dennis Sen.r be overseer and Clear a road from the Causway at Snow hill ferry to a main Road that Leads by Mr Morris to the great bridge at the head of Pocomoke Sambo a negro Boy of Peter Claywell is adjudged by the Court to the age of twelve years &c Jack a negro Boy belonging to James Townsend is adjudged by the Court to the age of Eight years &c
