money Joyntly and Severally upon their bodys goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be made and
Levied for the use of the afd Ann, John, Henry, Harrison and Mathew Aires orphans afd theirs heirs
or assigns if it happen the afd Comfort Aires shall fail in the Condition hereunder written

             The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above bound Comfort Aires Jn.o
Scarbrough and Mathew Hopkins or any or Either of them their heirs Exrs or admrs do and shall well and
truely Pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd Ann, John, Henry, Harrison and Mathew Aires orphans of
the afd Henry Aires dec.d their heirs Executors adm.rs or assignes the sum of Eighty three pounds five
shillings and four Pence in Equall parts or Portions when they shall arrive to full age to receive
the same according to Law and appraisment &c then the above Recognizance to be void otherwise &c

fredom
    To the worshipfull his Lordships Justices of the Peace now sitting the humble

Petition of Jane Mathews humbly Sheweth                  that whereas your Petitioner
                         being Over Perswaded by Robert Ware to bind herselfe a Servant to him according to Custome
and your Petitioner is Informed that None Shall Serve by vertue of one Indenture more
then Seven Years which your petitioner has already served and as much as since the sixth day of
this Instant      therefore your Petitioner humbly Prays your Worships to give her the Benefitt
of any such Law or Custom and to sett your Petitioner Free and your petitioner as in duty bound
shall pray                                                                        Jane Mathews

                The Petition afd be Read and heard and all and Singular the premisses Considered as well
on the Part of the afd Robert Ware as on the Part of the afd Petitioner and forasmuch as nothing
did appear to the Court here to Oblige the afd Jane Mathews to serve and Longer nor to declair
her as a Servant               Therefore it is Ordered by the Court that the afd Jane Mathews from her
Servitude afd be acquitt &c

Fasitts Orphans
Whereas the Commissary Generalls have transmitted unto the Justices of Somersett
County Court the ballance of the Estate of Jn.o Fasitt dec.d wherein it is found
that there is due to the Orphans of the said John Fasitt twenty One pounds two shillings
and Eleven pence and whereupon a Certain Ann Davis Exrx of the testament of the afd John Fasitt is
ordered to give security for the afd Ballance according to Law &c

       Whereupon the afd Ann Davis together with Daniel Wharton and Michael Godwin her
Security all Present here in Court in their proper person acknowledged themselves to owe and be
Indebted unto John and Ann Fasitt Orphans of John Fasitt dec.d  In the Sum of Forty two pds
Five shillings and ten Pence Currt money Joyntly and Severally upon their bodys goods or Chattells
Lands or tenements to be made and Levied for the use of the afd Jn.o and Ann Fasitt their heirs or
assignes if Default Should happen to be made in the Condition here underwritten
