Court afd are Rightfully done should Come to a due Execution we Command you that
by and good and Lawfully men of your bailywick you make known unto the afd Price
Collins that he be and appear before Our Justices of Our County Court of Somrsett
to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of march next to Shew Cause if any
thing for himselfe he hath or to say Knoweth wherefore the afd James Martin and
Mary his wife their Execution against him of the Debt and Damages afd to have
ought not  According to the form of the recover afd if unto him it Seemeth Expedient]
and have you then and there the names of those by whome you make the Same
Known and this Writt Wittness &c      Att which said third tuesday of March to witt
the twenty first day of the same Month Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred &
twenty six being the day of the Return of the said Writt Cometh the afd James Martin &
Mary his wife by their attorney afd and the Sherr of Somersett County to whome the
foregoing writt was Directed Likewise Cometh and maketh Return thereof to the Court
here Endorsed in these words following viz   Made Known p me Franc Allen sherr

          And the afd Price Collins altho' so warned being Solemnly Called Cometh not
but Makes Default &c

          Therefore it is Considered that the af.d James Martin and Mary his wife
Ex.rx as afd have their Execution against the afd Price Collins of three thousand five
hundred and Ninety Six pounds of tob three hundred and thirty two pd.s of porke ten
shill.s ^and six pence^ Curr.t money and three hundred and sixty two pounds of tob.o their Debt and damages
afd and that the afd James and Mary According to the forme of the Statute in such Case
Lately made and provided   Recover against the afd Price Collins three hundred and sixty
three pounds of tob.o for their Costs Charges and Damages Sustained by occasion of delay
of Execution of the Debt and Damages afd &c

al.s Dict W.m Davis of Somersett County was Sumoned to answer unto
                            Benj.a Wailes of a plea that he Render unto him the Sum of Sixteen thousand
       Nine hundred and Ninety Eight pounds of good marchantable tob.o and Caske which to
       him he owes and unjustly Detaines &c

                And whereupon the same Benj.a by Levin Gale his attorney Saith that whereas
       the afd W.m the twenty sixth day of July seventeen hundred and fourteen at
       the County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court by his Certain Writing obligatory
                                                                                                                   (Granted)
