proprietary his heirs and successors Each in five pounds sterling to be Levied on their bodys goods or Chattels
Lands or tenements for the use of the Said Lord proprietary in Case they do not make their personall appear
appearance before the Justices of O the County Court of somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday
of august next to give Evidence on behalfe of the said Lord proprietary against the said Willm

 Philip Wingate appears according to a recognizance take for his appearance to this
Court to give Evidence on behalfe of the Lord proprietary against a Certain Will.m
Roberson and is discharged and ordered to give New Security for his appearance
    at august Court next to give Evidence &c       Thereupon a Certain Thomas Gordan of Somersett
    County Gent present here in Court undertakes for the Said Philip Wingate in five pounds Sterling to
    be Levied on his body goods and Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the said Lord proprietary
    In Case the said Philip Wingate do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships
    County Court of Somersett the third tuesday of August Next to give Evidence on behalfe of the Said
    Lord proprietary against the said William Roberson &c

          Sarah Pusey appears according to her Recognizance Entered into for her appearance to give Evidence
    Evidence on behalfe of the Lord proprietary against a Certain William Langford ^&^ is discharged &c

 Somersett fs:     The Jurors for the right honrble the Lord proprietary of the province
that now is for the body of Somersett County upon their Oath do present that Comfort
Newman Late of Coventry parish in the County afd Spinster the tenth day of June
    seventeen hundred and twenty five with force and armes &c at the Parish afd in the County afd within the
    Jurisdiction of this Court One Silk muslain handkercheife of the value of five Shillings Sterling and
    One Cambrick One handkercheife of the value of three Shillings and six pence Like money of the
    goods and Chattells of a Certain William Harrison then and there being found then and there feloniously
    did take Steall and Carry away against the peace of the Right honrble the Lord proprietary his good
    Rule and Governm.t &c and also against the form of the act of assembly in Such Case made & provided &c

          On the back side of the foregoeing deed Bill of Indictm.t it was thus Endorsed as followeth viz.t

    Thereupon Command was given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he should take the Said Comfort
    Newman Late of Coventry parish in the County afd Spinster if &c to answer &c And afterwards
