22 and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Said Lord proprietary his heirs and successors that is to say the said Richard Tiler in the Sum of One hundred ^forty^ pounds Sterlling and Abraham Cordery and Robert Givans his Securitys in twenty pounds sterling Each Joyntly and Severally on their bodys Goods and Chattles Lands ^&^ tenements to be Levied In Case the Said Richard Tiler do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of our County Court to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of August next to answer unto his Lordship Concerning all Such Matters and things as Shall be then & there Objected against him on his Lordships behalfe and to stand & abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and not to depart the Court without Lycence thereof and in the mean time to be of the good behavior to all his Lordships Leige people and Especially to Mathew Kinningham &c Likewise Benjamin Esom with Samuel Fluelling and Tobias Burke his securitys did acknowledge themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the said Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors that is to say the said Benjamin Esome in forty pounds Sterlling and the Said Samuel Fluelling & Tobias Burke in Twenty pounds Sterlling Each Joyntly and Severally on the Bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to be Levied In Case the Said Benjamin Esome do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of august next to answer unto his Lordship Concerning all such Matters and things as shall be then and there objected against him on his Lordship behalfe and to stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and not to depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof and in the Meantime to be of the good behaviour and to all his Lordships Leige People and more Especially to Mathew Kinningham Mathew Kinningham, Robert Collier, Roger Nicholson Senr, John Hopkins, Christian White, Jacob Messick and William White all appears to their Recognizance to give Evidence on behalfe of the Lord proprietary against Richard Tiler and Benjamin Esome and are discharged &c Patrick Burn appears according to his recognizance for his good behaviour to this Court and is accordingly discharged none appearing to Shew Cause to the Contrary &c
proprietary against the afd William Roberson thereupon the said Thomas Gordan and William Philips acknowledged theselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Right honrble the Lord (proprietary) |
