satisfying unto the said Aaron Linn his damages and all Costs &.c and that the said Aaron
Linn have thereof his Execution against the said Isaac Handy according to act of assembly &c

 memorand.m the plft in his Own proper person Sued Out his Lordships
writt of attachm.t the tenor whereof followeth in these words
vizt       Somersett fs:  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of
                    Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c  To the Sherr of Somrsett County greeting
          we Command you that you Attach any the goods Chattells rights or Creditts of John Hope Late
          of Somersett County Barber if they Shall be found in your Bailywick to the value of two
          pounds ten Shillings Curr.t money and four hundred and fifty pounds of tob.o and when you
          have the same attached or any part thereof the same in your Costody safe Keep so that
          you have the same before the Justices of Our County Court to be held at Dividing Creek in
          Somersett County afd the third tuesday of march next then and there to be Condemned according
          to Act of assembly to and for the use of a Certain George Dashiell unless the said Jno Hope
          by himselfe or his attorney Shall appear and answer unto the said George Dashiell in a plea
          of trespass upon the Case &c  According to Law and that by good and Lawfull men of your
          Bailywick you make known unto the person or persons in whose hands you make ye ^same^ attachm.t
          that he she or they be and appear before the Justices of our said County Court to be held as
          afd to shew Cause if any he she or they have why the same goods Chattells rights or Creditts
          so attached in his her or their hands ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof
          had and made according to the forme of the Act of Assembly in Such Case made & provided
          if to him her or them it shall seem mete and w how you shall Execute this writt that you make
          Known unto Our said Justices at the same day and place afd and have you then & there this
          writt Wittness &c

                      Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the ^twenty^ first day of the same month Ann Dom
          one thousand seven hundred and twenty Six being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh
          the afd George Dashiell in his own proper person and the Sherr of Somersett County to whom
          the foregoeing writt was Directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court
          here Endorsed  In these word viz.t  By vertue of the within Writt to me Directed I have
          attached to the ^full^ value in the Hands of William Miles and Sumoned him as Garnishee to
          Shew Cause &c                                                         Fran Allen sherr

                Whereupon the afd William Miles Garnishee of the afd John Hope by Levin Gale his
