220 Security according to Law for the same Ballance Whereupon the same Jane Donelson together with William Stewart and John Caldwell both of the County afd Gent Present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to owe and Stand Justly Indebted without unto George McKeans and Patrick McKeans orphans of Jeane McKeans in the sum of one hundred and thirty six pounds Nine Shillings and Seven pence Curr.t money of maryland Joyntly and Severally upon their bodys goods or Chattells Lands and tenements to be made and Levied for the Use of the afd George and Patrick McKeans their heirs and assignes if it happen the afd Jeane Donelson fail in the Condition underwritten The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Jeane Donelson her heirs Exrs or adm.rs do and Shall well and truely Pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid George McKeans and Patrick McKeans their heirs or assignes the full and Just Sum of Eight Sixty Eight pounds four shillings and Nine pence halfe Penny when they shall attain to full age according to the decds will and act of act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c then the above Recognizance to be void otherwise &c Whereas a Certain Richard Crockett keeper of the ^lower^ ferry over wickacomoco River is dead and whereupon a Certain Merrick Ellis of somersett County prays that he may be admitted to keep ferry over the afd Wickacomoco River in the stead of the afd Richard Crockett which is by the Court granted only a Certain Robert Crockett of the County afd and son of the afd Richard Crocketts to have the benefitt of the afd ferry untill Novem Court next and then to goe to the afd Merrick Ellis &c
ballance of the same Estate according to Law &c Whereupon the afd William Sillivant with John Magraw his Security both of the County afd Planters present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto Isaac Noble and William Noble orphans of John Noble in the full and Just Sum of twenty Six pounds fifteen Shillings and ten pence Curr.t money of maryland Joyntly and Severally upon their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to be made and Levied if it happen the afd W.m Sillivant fail in the Condition under written The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above bound W.m Sillavant his heirs Exrs and adm.rs do and shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto W.m Isaac Noble and Wm Noble their heirs or assignes the full and just |
