of the said John Jones, Priscilla Jones, Eliz.a Jones and W.m Jones their heirs or assignes if it happen
the afd Jacob Cordery fail in the Condition under written

               The Condition of the above Recognizance is such that if the above Bounden Jacob
Cordery his heirs Exrs or admrs or any or Either of them do and Shall well and truely pay or Cause to
be Paid unto the abovesaid John Jones, Priscilla Jones, Eliza Jones and W.m Jones orphans as abovesaid
the full and Just Sum of Eighty Eight pounds ten Shillings and ten pence Curr.t in Equall
parts or Portions as they arrive to full age according to Law and appraismt &c then the above
Recognizance to be void Else &c

Peter Samuels Jun.r
William Hurst Orphan of Joseph Hurst is bound by the Court and
his Own Consent unto Peter Samuels Jun.r untill he arrives to the age
of twenty one years the afd Wm Hurst to serve his said Master the full
                   term of time afd                  Inconsideration of which servitude the afd Peter Samuels
undertakes to Learn him his said apprentice the trade of a Cooper and to read the Bible and
to give him a new Suite of apparell ^and sett of Cooper tooles^ at the Expiration of his servitude afd and Likewise find
and provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and apparell dureing his servitude
afd mete for such an apprentice to have and wear &c

             Whereupon it is ordered by the Court that the afd Peter Samuels Jun.r give security
for to Comply with the Covenants afd   thereupon the afd Peter Samuels and Jno MccClester
both of Somersett County Gent Present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledge
themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the afd Wm Hurst in the Sum of
twenty pounds Curr.t money upon their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements seperately
to be made and Levied for the use of the said Wm Hurst his heirs or assignes if it happen the
afd Peter Samuels fail in the Condition under written

                The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bounden Peter
Samuels his heirs or assignes shall and do well and truely Learn the afd Wm Hurst the trade of
a Copper dureing his servitude and to Read the bible and do give him a new suite of apparell &
and Sett of Coopers tooles at the Expiration of his servitude and Likewise to find and provide
for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing dureing his servitude
mete for such an apprenctice to have and wear &c then the above recognizance to be void otherwise
&c

Whereas the Commissarys Gen.ls have Transmitted before the Justices
of Somersett County Court the Ballance ^of the Estate^ of a Certain Jeane Mcckeane dec.d

where in it is found that a Certain Jane Donelson of the County afd is
                   the Exrx thereupon the said Jane Donelson present here in Court is ordered to give
