Susannah and Mary Ralph orphans as afd their heirs or assignes the full and Just
sum of Eight pounds two Shillings and five pence Curr.t money ^in Equal parts^ when they shall arrive
to full age according to Law and a ^and appraisment^ then the above Recognizance to be void otherwise &c

George Dashiell
    James Taylor son of Thomas Taylor dec.d is bound by the
Court with his Own Consent unto George Dashiell untill he arrives to
the age of twenty one years he being fifteen years of age Last
    February the Said James Taylor to Serve his said master the full and whole terme
    of time afd
                            In consideration whereof the afd George Dashiell doth promise
    by these Presents to give the afd James Taylor a years Schooling dureing his Servitude
and to keep him at ^to^ the sea on all Reasonable Opportunitys and to give him a new
Suit of apparell at the Expiration of his Servitude afd &c

                   Thereupon the afd George Dashiell is ordered by the Court to give
Security for the Performance of the Covenants afd   Whereupon the afd George
Dashiell with Levin Gale his Security both of Somersett County Gent present herein
Court in there proper persons acknowledged themselves to owe and be Indebted
unto the afd James Taylor in the Sum of twenty pounds Curr.t mony of Maryland
Joyntly and Severally to be made and Levied upon their bodys goods or Chattells Lands
or tenements for the use of the afd James Taylor      His heirs or assignes

       In case the afd George Dashiell doth not give the said James Taylor a years
Schooling dureing his servitude and a new Suite of apparell at the Expiration of his
servitude afd and keep him to the sea on all reasonable Opportunityes and find him all
Necessarys mete for such an apprentice to have and wear dureing the term afd &c


Jacob Cordery, Alex.d Lackey
and Danl Cordery Recognizance
to Jno, Priscilla, Eliz.a and Wm Jones
Whereas the Commissarys Gen.l have transmited the ballance of
the Estate ^of^ Robert Jones dec.d to this Court the said Jacob Cordery
Present herein Court is ordered to give security according to Law for ye same
                   Whereupon the afd Jacob Cordery together with Alexander Lackey and Daniell
    Cordery of the County of Somersett planters present in Court in their proper persons acknowledged
    theselves to be Indebted unto John Jones, Pricilla Jones Eliza Jones and Wm Jones
    orphans of a Cert the afd Robert Jones dec.d in the full and Just Sum of one hundred &
    seventy seven pounds one shilling and Eight pence Curr.t money Joyntly and Severally
    upon their bodys goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be made and Levied for the use
