Stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do depart without Leave of the Same
Court and if in the mean time he be not of the good behaviour to all his Lordships Liege people
&c   Then the above Recognizance to be of full force &c

          Likewise it is further ordered by the Same Court that William Planner, John
Williams, John Tilman, Abell Wright, and William West all of Somersett County give
Recognizance in Eighty pounds Sterling Each for their appearance before the Justices of
assize Nici prius Oyer and terminer and Goal Delivery at Dividing Creek in the County afd the
first tuesday of aprill then next to give Evidence on behalfe of his said Lordship against the
afd Anthony West and Thomas Bannester &c

          Whereupon the afd William Planner, John Williams, John Tilman Abell Wright,
and William West present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves
to owe to his said Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord proprietary Eighty pounds Ster
Each good and Lawfull money of England Seperately of their Lands and tenements goods
and Chattells for the use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors
to be made and Levied &c

          In Case they do not make their personall appearance before the Justices of assize Nici
prius Oyer and terminer and Goal Delivery at Dividing Creek in the County afd the first
tuesday of aprill then next and do not then and there give Such Evidence as they Shall
Know against the afd Anthony West and Thomas Bannister of and Concerning the^ir^ feloniously
Stealing forty pounds Curr.t mony of maryland being the proper money of the afd Jno Williams
and do depart thence without the Leave of that Same Court &.c  Then the above recognizance
to be and Remain in full force &c
