    Isaiah Bredall appears according to his recognizance Entered into Last Court and
    is discharged therefrom &c

Edm.d Huggins appears according to his Recognizance Entered into for his appearance to
Answer his Lordship and to stand and abide the Judgmt of the Court thereon the afd Edmd
Huggins appears and forasmuch as noe Evidence appeared against the afd Edmond Huggins
he is accordingly discharged and ordered to give Security for the payment of the severall
officers fees due by Occasion of the Premisses &c  thereupon a Certain James Bowcher
present herein Court undertakes for the said Edmond Huggins to pay the severall officers their
fees due by means of the premisses afd &c


       Whereas a Certain John Davis of Sussex County in the College of Pe Teritorys of
Pensilvania Planter being bound by recognizance in twenty pounds Sterr Lawfull
mony of England to be Levied of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for the use
of the right honrble the Lord Proprietary of Maryland his heirs and Successors
In case he did not appear to give Evidence against a Certain Edmond Huggins
&c  Now hereat this day to witt the fifteenth day of Novem Anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred and twenty Six the afd John Davis altho' Solemnly Called to give
Evidence against the afd Edm.d Huggins according to the tenor of his recognizance
afd Comes not but makes Default &c

                      Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and year afd
that his said Lordship The Right honrble ^Charles absolute^ Lord proprietary of the province afd Recover
against the afd John Davis the afd twenty pounds Sterr by him to be Levied upon his
goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for the use of his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary
his heirs and successors &c

Whereas a Certain Will.m Phillips of Somersett County planter being bound by recognizance
in tewenty pounds Sterr Lawfull Money of England to be Levied of his goods
& Chattles Lands & tenements for the use of y.e right honrble the Lord proprietary
of Maryland his heirs & Successors In case he did not appear
to give Evidence against a Certain Edmond Huggins &c   Now hereat
                                                                                                    this
