this day to witt the fifteenth day of Novem.r Anno Dom  One thousand Seven hundred
& twenty six the afd Will.m Phillips altho Solem^n^ly Called to give Evidence
ag.t the afd Edm.d Huggins according to the tenor of his recognizance afd Comes
not but makes default &c

Therefore it is Considered by ye Justices here the Same day & Year afd that his s.d
Lordship the right honrble Charles absolute Lord & proprietary of the province
afd recover against the afd Will.m Phillips the afd twenty pd.s Sterr to be
Levied upon his goods & Chattles Lands & tenements for ye use of his Said Lordship
the Lord proprietary his heirs & Successors &c

Andw Spear appears according to his recognizance Entered into for his appearance and good
beheaviour to this Court and is discharged therefrom &c

Priscilla Spear appears according to her recognizance ^for the^ and good behaviour and appearance
this Court and is thereupon discharged &c

Ordered by the Court that Isaiah Bredall pay unto Mathew Hopkins Sixty pounds of tobo being
due unto him for his attendance two days as Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship against him he
having made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court that Isaiah Bredall pay unto Joseph Miller and George Tayler Ninety pds
of tobacco Each for their attendance two days Each as Evidence on behalfe of the Lord proprietary
against him they having made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court that Anthony West and Thomas Bannister pay unto John Phillips
One hundred and Eighty pounds of tobo being due unto him for his and wifes attendance for three
days Each as Evidences on behalfe of the Lord proprietary agt them the said Anthony
and Thomas they having made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court that Isaac Rappoon pay unto Thomas Dashiell Jun.r sixty pounds
of tob.o for his attendance two days as Evidence on behalfe of a Certain ^the said^ Isaac Rappoon ag.t
John Parker he having made oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court that Isaac Rappoon pay unto Abraham Smith one hundred and
twenty pounds of tob.o being due unto him for his attendance four days as Evidence on behalfe
of the said Isaac Rappoon against John Parker he having made oath to the same
&c
