             And the said John Anderson being Called appears and thereupon the said John
Anderson at the prayer of the plfts attorney afd is adjudged to give Speciall bail to
the action afd thereupon a Certain John Larimore of Somersett County planter present
here in Court undertakes for the said John Anderson that if in Case the afd Joseph
MccClester shall recover Judgmt in the plea afd against the afd John Anderson
or that the said John Anderson Shall be therein Convict that then he the said John
Anderson shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or render his Body to the
Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County in Satisfaction thereof or that he the said
John Larimore will do it for him &c

                         Thereupon the said John Anderson in his Own proper person
Cometh and defendeth the force and Injury when &.c and says that he Cannot gainsay
but he promised and upon himselfe assumed in manner and form as the afd Joseph
by declaring afd above supposed and the same declaration in all and singular the
words before Expressly Confesseth            therefore it is Consider'd by the Justices here
the fifteenth day of Novem One thousand Seven hundred and twenty five Six that
the afd Joseph MccClester Recover against the afd John Anderson four hundred and
seventy seven pounds of tobo his damages afd above in the declaration afd specifyed
248   as also Two hundred and forty Eight     pounds of tobo for his Costs and Charges
by him about his suite in that part Expended by the Court here to the same Joseph of this
assent adjudged & the afd Jno in Mercy &c
