 Somersett fs     The Jurors for the right honrble the Lord proprietary
of thes provinces of Maryland that now is for the body of Somersett County
upon their Oath doe Psent that Ann Barton Late of Somrsett
             County Spinster the tenth day of March Anno Dom One thousand
seven hundred & twenty five w.th force & Arms &c   At the County afd within
the Jur of this Court fifteen Yards of Lining of ye value of fifteen p.s
of Tob.o Each Yard of the goods & Chattles of a Certain Thomas Fletcher
then & there being found then & there feloniously did take steal & Carry away
ag.t ye peace of the right Honrble ye Lord Proprietary of this province his good
rule & Governm.t & Also Ag.t the form of ye Act of Assembly in such Case Made
& provided & y.t a Certain Mary Atch of the County afd Spinster after
the felony afd In form afd Committed Knowing ye afd Ann Barton ye
felony afd In form afd to have Committed at Somrsett County afd ye afd
tenth day of March In ye Year afd ye afd fifteen yards of Lining did receive
& her ye said Ann Barton did Aid & assist ag.t the Peace &c    & also ag.t
the form of ye Act of assembly afd                        L Gale P Dom Prop.r

    On the Back side of the foregoeing bill of Indictm.t it was thus Endorsed viz.t Ignoramus

 Command was given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he Should take John
Hope Late of Somersett County Wigmaker if he Should be found in his Bailywick
and him should safe Keep so that he might have his Body before the Justices of
his Lordship's County Court ^of Somersett^ to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem.r then next
to answer unto George Dashiell of a pea of trespass upon the Case &.c and and that thereof he should
not fail &c         And whereupon ye Same George in his Own proper person
