                  The Condition of ye above Obligation is such that if ye
Above Bound Colebourn Tayler his heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs doe well &
Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto ye above said Betty Mary & Jane Bolitha's
Orphans afd their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes in ye full & Just Sum
of thirty Six pd.s Eight shill & seven pence Being ye Just Ballance due
to them from their fathers Estate when they shall attain to full age
According to act of assembly then ye above obligation to be Void

Somersett County fs  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the
provinces of maryland & avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c  To James
Rownd, John Tull, Richard Holland, & Rich.d Hutson all of
Somrsett County Gent Greeting Know ye that wh we have appointed
                                     you or any three or two of you to be our Commissioners to Examine Evidences
                     on behalfe of a Certain David Johnson an orphan under the Care of one W.m Turvill
       in relaticion to ^the Bounds of^ two tracts of Land Lying in ye County afd on the Seabourd side y.e one
       Called Greenwell & the other friend Denyall We therefore require you or any three or
       two of you y.t at Some time & place as to you or any three or two of you shall seem Coveniant
       you mete on the afd ^Lands Called^ Green meede & friends denyall (you first having taken your oath
       on the holy Evengelest of almighty God According to Act of assembly in Such Case made and
       provided) & there Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all Such Evidences as
       shall be to you or any three or two you nominated by the said Complainent (or deft if any)
       and that you Examine them upon their Corporall Oaths to be ^by^ you or any three or two
       of you administred on the holy Evangelest of almighty God in ye presence of ye Complainent
       (or deft if any) touching the truth or remembrance of their Knowledge or anything that
       may relate to the Cause afd & that reducing the severall depositions into Writing you
       send the Same together with this our Commission under your or any three or two of your
       hands to us in our County Court of Somrsett with all Convenient Speed Wittness Sam.l Hopkins
