188 Beard, Peter Frazer, William Smith, William Laws, John Fleming, ^John Larimore^ John Read tipquin, Teague Riggin John Davis, William Bratton and George Taylor who being duely Elected tryed and Sworn to Say the truth in the premisses upon their Oath do Say that the afd Anthony West is guilty of the Assault whereof he Stands Indicted Therefore it is Considered by the Court that the afd Anthony West be taken to satisfie his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary of his fine by occasion of the assault afd which Certain Anthony West then and there present in Court afd prays that he may be admitted to make fine to his Lordship by occasion of the premisses afd and the Same Anthony West is fined by the Justices one hundred pounds of tobacco to the Use of his Said Lordship &c thereupon the Said Anthony West is Ordered to give Security for the fine afd and the Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain Thomas Hugg of somersett County present here in Court undertakes for the Said Anthony West to pay the fine afd and al fees due by means of the premisses in Case the said Anthony West doth not pay the same &a
into Court and makes Complaint against his said Master Dennis folio that he did not Comply with the said Indenture between them made which on his part Ought to be performd Afterwards in the same Court Came as well the afd Dennis Folio as the afd Daniel Travers and the Court having heard their severall allegations as well on the part of the afd Dennis Folio as on the part of the said Daniel Travers as also Inspected the Indenture afd mentioned between them to be made &.a Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court that the afd Daniel Travers Return home to his said Service and that the afd Dennis Folio give Security in ten pounds Sterling with one surity to Comply with the Indenture afd on his part to be Complyed with &a Whereupon the afd Dennis Folio present in Court with Patrick Kersie his Security Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd Daniel Travers in the sum of ten pounds Sterling seperately good and Lawfull money of England on their bodys goods or Chattels Lands and tenements seperately to be Levied for the Use of the Said Daniel Travers heirs or assignes; In Case the said Dennis folio do not Comply with the Indentures between them made as afd on the par his part to be Complyed with &a
