His Lordship

Thomas Bannister
      Thomas Bannister and Anthony West both of Somersett County being

bound by Recognizance for their appearance this Court to answer his Lordship
       Concerning al such matters and things as shall be objected against them on his said Lordships
       behalfe &c   whereupon the said Thomas Bannister and Anthony West in their own
       proper persons appears and prays that their appearance may be recorded from and
       they Discharged from the same Recognizance to save them and their bail &c

                         Thereupon the afd Thomas Bannister and Anthony West's appearance's
       were recorded and they and their bayl discharged as afd is praid

             But forasmuch as the afd Thomas Bannister and Anthony West being
       Indicted this Court for the feloniously Stealing forty pounds Currant money of Maryland
       being the proper money of a Certain John Williams &c

             Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court that the afd Thomas Bannister and Anthony
       West give recognizance in one hundred pounds Sterling Each with two Securitys Each
       in fifty pounds Sterling Each for their appearance at Next March Court to be held for
       Somersett County at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of the Same month afd to answer &c

`            Whereupon the afd Thomas Bannister together with Andrew Thompson and
       John Givens of Somersett County Planters his securitys all present in Court before his said
       Lordships Justices of the Same Court ^then^ Judicially Sitting and acknowledged themselves
       Indebted to his said Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary of this province
       that is to say the afd Thomas Bannister in the Sum of one hundred pounds Ster
       and the afd Andrew Thompson and John Givans seperately in the Sum of fifty pounds
       sterling good and lawfull money of England of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements
       seperately to be made and Levied to the use of his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary his
       heirs and successors            In Case the said Thomas Bannister shall not make his personall
       appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at
       dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then next to answer unto his Said Lordship Concerning
       his feloniously Stealing forty pounds Curr.t mony being the proper money of the afd
       John Williams whereof the said Thomas Bannister stands Indicted and to Stand & abide
       the Judgm.t of the Court thereof and not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof
       otherwise to be void &c
                                                                   Likewise the afd Anthony West together with
       the afd Andrew Thompson and Randall West of said County of Somersett Planter his
       securitys ^all^ present herein Court before his said Lordships Justices of the Same Court
