David Magraw an Orphan being of full age for the Choseing his guardiant &.c Comes
into Court and prays that he may have the Liberty to Chose a Certain Henry Ballard as his
Guardian which is granted &a   thereupon the Said David Margraw makes Chose
of the afd Henry Ballard as his Guardian &c thereupon all the Estate of the Said David
Magraw both Reall and personall is Committed by the Court to the Care of the afd Henry
Ballard and ^ordered^ that he give security according to Law &a

Somrsett fs:        To the Worshipfull Justices of Somrsett County in Court sitting the Pet.n of
Benj.a Aydelott of the said County Humbly sheweth that your Pet.nr is Possessed of two
       tracts of Land lying in the County afd the one Called good Suness the other Called fairfield the Boundarys
whereof are old & decayed & the witnesses to Prove them Antient and Infirm Your Pet.r therefore
Humbly prays your Worships will Issue a Commission to Such Persons as you shall think Proper to
Examine Witnesses to perpetuate the Boundarys of the said Land According to the form of the Act
of assembly in such Case made & provided & Your Pet.r as in Duty Bound Shall Pray

                The Petion afd Being read & heard & the Premises Considered it's therefore ordred by the
            Court that a Commission Issue to the ^afd Benjamin Aydelott^ Persons as by his Pet.n afd is praid & that John Holland,
Samuel Derickson, David Hazzard, and Will.m Burton all of Somersett County Gent are appointed
Commissioners to Execute the Same Commission According to Act of assembly in Such Case made & provided

the Boundarys whereof are old & decayed & the Wittnesses to Prove them Antient & Infirm your
Petioner therefore Humbly prays your Worships will Issue a Commission to Such persons
as you shall think Proper to Examine Wittnesses to perpetuate the Boundarys of said
Land According to the form of the Act of assembly in Such Case made & provided & your petn
