                                        Att a Court of the right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of
          Provinces of maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c held at dividing Creek in Somersett
County by his Lordships Commissioners and Justices of the peace the third tuesday of June being
the fifteenth day of the same month and in the tenth year of his said Lordships Dominion &c anno Dom

       of Northamton County in the Colony of Vergenia
Humbly Sheweth
                                     That your Petitioner is Possessed of three tracts of
                   Land Lying in the County afd Called Joshimon, Bachellors Adventure, and Covent Garden
       the boundaries of which are much decayed and the wittnesses to prove them Antient and Infirm your
       Petitioner therefore humbly prays your worships to appoint Commissioners according to the form
       of the act of assembly in Such Case Lately made to Examine wittnesses in Order to perpetuate the
       bounds of the said Tracts of Land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray &c

             The Petitioner afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered
                                                             Wherefore It's Ordered by the Court that a Commission Issue
       to James MccMorie, Joseph Venables, Joseph Pemberton and George Scott all of Somersett County
       Gentl to Examine Evidences to Perpetuate the bounds of the Land afd and that they make due
return thereof with all Convenient Speed to our ^the^ County Court of Somersett &c
