                      Att a Court (of the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of
          the Provinces of maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c) held at dividing
    Creek by his Said Lordships Commissioners and Justices of the Peace for the County of
    Somersett the third tuesday of August being the Sixteenth day of the Same month and in
    the Eleventh year of his Said Lordships Dominion &c Ann.o Dom: 1726

    Harry a negro Boy of John Tingle's is adjudged by the Court to be of the afd of Eight years
    this term

    Att the prayer of George Dashiell of Somersett County Gentleman ^belonging to a Certain Mary Easom^ before the
    future Levy Free &c

    Bristoll a negro Boy belonging to a Certain William Waters Jun.r is adjudged by the Court
    to be of the age of ten years &c

    Pompey a negro Boy belonging to the afd William Waters is adjudged by the Court to be of
    the age of Nine years &c

Pet.n for a Commission
     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somersett County Court the Petition of
Merrick Ellis of the Said County humbly Sheweth

                   That your petitioner is possessed of thirty Acres of Land part of a tract of Land
       Called Lotts daughter lying in the County afd the bounds whereof are decayed and the Wittnesses
       to prove them antient and Infirm Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays your worships
       will Issue a Commission to Such persons as you Shall think proper to Examine Evidences
       in relation to the boundarys thereof according to the form of the act of assembly in Such
       Case Lately made and your pet.n as in Duty bound Shall Ever pray   Merrick Ellis

                      The petition afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered It's thereupon
       ordered by the Court that a Commission Issue as by the Pet.n afd is prayd and that Levin Gale
       George Dashiell, Philip Covington and James Jones of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners
       and Execute the same Commission as the Law in short Such Cases doth direct &c

       Ebenezer Handy appointed Overseer of the Road in Stead of John Holder in Wickacomoco
       hundred &c

       Freindship a negro Boy of Dan.l Long's is adjudged by the Court to be of the afd of ten years
