might have his Body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett held at dividing
Creek the third tuesday of June then next to Satisfie unto Joseph MccClester as well the Sum of
four hundred and Twenty pounds of tob.o Certain Damages as also the Sum of two hundred and
Seventy Six pounds of tobo Costs whereof he was Convicted &c

    Att which said third tuesday of June ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty three
being the day of the Return of the Said Writt Cometh the Said Joseph MccClester by Levin Gale his
attorney and the Sherr of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise
Comes and Brings the Said Finch Jones into Court according to the tenor of his writt afd
whereupon the Said Finch Jones at the prayer of the afd Joseph MccClester by his attorney afd
is Committed into the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County thereto Remain untill the Said
Joseph MccClester of the Damages and Costs afd Should be thereof fully Satisfyed the Said
Sherr Present in Court took Charge of the said Finch Jones accordingly viz.t

three thousand five hundred and Ninety Six pounds of tob.o three hundred thirty two pounds of
Merchantable Porke and ten Shill.s and six pence Curr.t Money which from her he unjustly detains &c

             And Whereupon the Same Mary by Levin Gale her attorney saith that whereas the
afd Price the tenth day of May Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred & twenty two at the
County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court by his Certain writing obligatory granted himselfe to
be held and firmly bound unto the afd Robt in his Life time in the Sum of three thousand
five hundred & Ninety six pounds of tob.o & three hundred & thirty two pounds of porke and ten
Shill.s and Six pence Curr.t money to be paid the same Rob.t his Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes when afterwards
the said Price should be thereto Required Nevertheless the afd Price altho often thereto Required
the afd Sum of three thousand five hundred & Ninety six pounds of tob.o three hundred & thirty two pounds
of Porke & ten Shill.s & Six pence Curr.t Money to the afd Rob.t in his Life time nor the afd Mary
