Ordered by the Court that Jeremiah Wright and Thomas Cox pay unto Alexander Adams and John Roach
one hundred and fifty pounds of tob.o Each being due unto Each of them for their attendance five days as
Evidence each on Behalfe of the same Jeremiah Wright and Thomas Cox at suite Lewis Disharoon they
having made oath to the same &c

    Ordered by the Court that William Ennis Executor of Nathaniel Ennis pay unto Christopher Glass two hundred
and forty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his wifes attendance Eight days as Evidence on behalfe
of the Said W.m Ennis against Benjamin Tull Ex.r of Charles Ennis she having made oath to the
same &c

Ordered by the Court that William Ennis Ex.r of Nathaniel Ennis pay unto Hannah Windslow the sum
of two hundred and ten pounds of tobacco being due unto her for her attendance Seven days as Evidence
on behalfe of the Said W.m Ennis against Benjamin Tull Executor of Charles Ennis she having made
