Third tuesday of June Next Then & there to answer to ye premisses & what otherwise
shall or may be objected ag.t her in his Lordships Behalfe & abide Judgm.t
of ye Said Court & in ye Meanetime yt She of ye good Behavour towards his sd
Lordship & all his Loveing People that then this Recognizance to become void
& of noe Effect Otherwise to stand & remaine in full force & power & vertue in Law
Taken p.r me ye day & year above Written                                 Samuel Hopkins

Att which said third tuesday of June to witt ye twenty first day of ye Same day
month anno Dom one thousand seven hundred & twenty six personally appeared
here in Court ye afd Elizabeth Bates &c       Whereupon ye Said Elizabeth Bates
appearance is Recorded & she & her securitys accordingly Discharge & it is said by
ye Court to ye said Elizabeth Bates yt from any Prosecution on ye recognizance
In relation to ye Premisses afd she be thereof acquitt & it is Ordered by ye Court yt ye
Said Elizabeth Bates give Security for ye paym.t of ye Severall officers there
Fees due by occasion of ye Premisses afd;  Thereupon a Certain John Scarbrough
of ye Said County Present in Court under takes for ye Said Elizabeth Bates to
pay ye severall officers there Fees due by occasion of ye premisses afd &c

Recognizance forfeited
 Whereas a Certain Richard Tiler was bound by Recognizance in august
Court held at Dividing Creek for Somersett County the seventeenth day of the
Same month ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty five
in the Sum of Forty pounds Sterling money with two Security's viz.t Henry
      Windsor and John Collins in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each to be Levied upon their
       bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of his Lordship his heirs and successors
      
                   In Case the afd Richard Tiler Should not make his personall appearance before
       the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett the third tuesday of Novem then Next her
       to answer &c and in the mean time to be of the good behaviour &c

                   Att which Said third tuesday of November to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month
       Ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty five the afd Richard Tiler altho' Solemnly
       Called to Come fe not nor Shews Cause why &c also the afd Henry Windsor and John Collins altho'
       Solemnly Called to bring forth the Said Richard Tiler Came not nor Shewed Cause whey &c
       thereupon day is given the afd Partys ^here^ untill next Court ^to be held for the County afd^ for their appearances to Save
       their Recognizance afd &c        Att which said Next Court to witt the fifteenth day of march
       Ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty five  and the afd Richard Tiler nor
       the afd Henry Windsor no ^and^ John Collins not appearing to Save their Recognizance
       Shew'd Cause Why &c   thereupon ^further^ day is given ^un^to them ^the parties ^afd^ here^ untill ^the^ Next Court ^to be held for ye Coty afd^ &c
