Att which said Next Court to witt the twenty first day of June ann.o Dom one thousand seven hundred
and twenty Six the afd Richard Tiler being again Solemnly Called Came not nor Shews Cause why &c but
makes default      Also the Said Henry Windsor and John Collins altho' Solemnly Called to bring forth
the afd Richard Tiler Came not but made default nor Shews Cause why &c

                Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day and Year afd that the afd
Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the province of maryland Recover against
the afd Richard Tiler by his default afd the afd sum of forty pounds Sterr money to be Levied upon
his body goods & Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of th his said Lordship his heirs and successors

                   Likewise it is Considered by the Same Justices that his said Lordship the Lord proprietary
the Sum of Recover against the afd Henry Windsor and John Collins by their defaut
afd; the Sum of twenty pounds Sterr money ^Each^ to be seperately Levied upon their bodys goods & Chattells
Lands or tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors &c                       according
to the tenor of their said recognizance &c

                                  I John Jones one of the Lord proprietarys Justices of the County afd do hereby
Certifie that David Willson Duputy Surveyor of the County afd did this Day take the Severall Oaths appointed
the Government appointed by act of assembly before me and also subscribe the oath of abjuration
and Test hereto annexed   In Testimony whereof I have hereto sett my hand and seall this
9.th day of may ann.o Dom one thousand Seven hundred and twenty six         Jn.o Jones

             Ordered by the Court that Alexander Maddox of Condockway pay unto the Severall Persons
following on acc.t of a Certain Rachell Porter viz

         To Marg.tt Tayler for Laying of Rachell Porter in Child bed and six weeks Keeping
         To W.m Mathews Ke for ^the^ Nursing Rachell Porters Child three month
         To Robert Taylor for 5½ months Ditto
