afd Plft as the afd defts by their attorneys afd and thereupon the Same defts pray further
Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and they have it and the Same day is
given to the afd Plft also

                  Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of march anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and twenty five Came againe as well the afd Plft as the afd deft by
their attorneys afd and thereupon the Same defts by their Said attorney pray further Leave to
Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and they have it and the Same day is given to the
afd Plft also         Att which Said next Court to witt the twenty first day of June anno
Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Six Came again as well the afd Plft as the afd
Defts by their attorneys afd and the Same Deft by their said attorney as before defend the force
and Injury when &c And Say that they are not Indebted in manner and form as the afd Plft in
his Declaration against them hath Complained and of this they Putt themselves upon the Cuntry

       And the afd Lewis Says that the plea afd of the afd Jeremiah & Thomas above Pleaded
and the Matter in the same Contained are not Sufficient in Law to preclude him ye sd Lewis
from having his action afd ag.t the afd Jeremiah & Thomas and that he to that plea in Manner
and form afd Pleaded hath no Nead Nor by the Law of the Land is bound to answer &
this he is Ready to veryfie wherefore for want of a Sufficient plea in that part the Same
Lewis prays Judgment and his Debt afd  Together with his Damages for Detaining his said
Debt to be adjudged to him &c                   Levin Gale   P Quer
and y.e afd Deft Joyns in Decturor                                             Dashiell p Deft

                Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and
fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had it Seemeth to the Court here that
the afd Plea in manner and form afd above pleaded and the matter in the Same Contained are
not Sufficient in the Law to preclude the afd Lewis Disharoon of having his action afd against
the afd Jeremiah Wright and Thomas Cox

                      Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the twenty first day of
June anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty six that the afd Lewis Disharoon
Recover against the afd Jeremiah Wright and Thomas Cox as well the Sum of forty pounds
391   Curr.t money his debt afd as also the Sum of three hundred and Ninety               pounds
of tobo for his Costs and Damages which he Sustained by Occasion of the detaining of the Same Debt
to the Same Lewis by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the afd Defts in Mercy &c
