next Court and She hath itt and the Same day is given to the afd Plft also

         Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of march anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and
twenty five Came again as well the afd Plft as the afd deft by their attorneys afd and thereupon the afd
deft by her said attornery prayed further Leave thereof to Imparle hereunto untill Next Court and
She hath itt and the Same day is given to the afd Plft also

Att which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of June ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred
and twenty Six Cometh againe as well the afd William Pepper as the afd Comfort Ayres by their attorneys
afd and the afd William Pepper by his Said attorney then and there his writt afd against the afd Comfort
Ayres did not Prosecute with Effect but voluntarily Suffered his Suite to be discontinued

                   Therefore afterwards viz.t the Same day and Year by discretion of the Justices here were
adjudged the Same Comfort Ayres adm.rx of the afd Henry Ayres the Sum of one hundred and sixty
162   two          pounds of tob.o for her Costs and Charges by her about her defence in that Part sustained
according to the form of the Statute in Such Case thereof Lately made and provided and the afd W.m Pepper
in mercy and that the afd Comfort Ayres have thereof Execution &c

Planters al.s Dicts Jeremiah Wright and Thomas Cox Jun.r in Somersett County in
the provinces of maryland Planters were Sumoned to answer unto Lewis Disharoon
of a plea that they Render unto him forty pounds Curr.t money of this province which to him they owe
and from him they unjustly detain &c

                            And whereupon the Same Lewis by Levin Gale his attorney Saith that whereas
the Said Thomas and Jeremiah the twenty Ninth day of November Anno Dom one thousand Seven
hundred and twenty two at Somersett County afd Within the Jur of this Court by their Certain Writting
obligatory granted themselves to be held and firmly bound unto the Said Lewis In the Sum of forty pounds
Curr.t Mony of this province to be paid the Same Lewis when afterwards the Said Tho.s & Jeremiah
Should be there unto required yett the afd Tho.s & Jeremiah though often thereto Required the afd Sum
of forty pounds Curr.t Mony to the Same Lewis hath not Rendred but they & Every of them the Same
hitherto to the Said Lewis to render hath altogether Denyed and Still doe Deny whereby the said
Lewis Says he is worse and hath Damage to the Value of Fifty Pounds Curr Mony & thereof
he brings this Suite &c and the Said Lewis brings here into Court the Writting Obligatory afd &c
                                                                                        L Gale P Quer pledges &c Jn.o Doe Rich.d Roe

       And the afd Jeremiah and Thomas by George Dashiell their attorney Come and Defend the force
and Injury when &.c and pray Leave to Imparl hereunto untill the next Court and they have
it and the Same day is given to the afd Plft also               Att which said Next Court to witt the Sixteenth
day of Novem ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty five Came again as well the
