first day of June ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Six afd makes return that
he hath here Ready twelve &c as by his Said preceipt he was Commanded; and Now hereafterwards
to witt the Same day and Year Came as well the afd plft as the afd deft by their attorney
afd and the Jurors therein Impannelled being Called Likewise Came to Witt W.m Lane, Thomas Pullet
Jacob Messex, Lewis Disharoon, Samuel Taylor, Saml Tommelinson, Joseph Langford, Giddion
Tilman, Adam Spence Sen.r Robert Hall, Thomas Purnall, James Mumford who being duely
elected tryed and sworn to say the truth in the premisses upon their Oath do say that the afd
Isaac Noble Garnishee as afd had in his hands at the time of the Laying of the attachm.t afd of
the Effects of the afd Henry Fricks to the Value of Nine pounds One Shilling Curr.t money and two
hundred and twenty eight pounds of tobacco

          Whereupon the afd Joseph Venables by his attorney afd prays that upon giveing Security
according to act of assembly the afd Money and tobacco so as afd by the Jurors afd found to be in ye
hands of the afd Isaac Noble as of the Rights and Creditts of the afd Henry Fricks ^may^ be Condemned
towards Satisfying unto him as well the Sum of Nine pounds One Shilling Curr.t money and two
hundred and twenty Eight pounds of tobo as also the Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachm.t afd

             Thereupon a Certain Joseph Pemberton of Somersett County Gent Present in Court
undertakes for the Said Joseph Venables according to act of assembly that in Case the Said Henry
Fricks do at any time within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of the said
Joseph Venables Claime against him to be Satisfyed or Otherwise to have been undue before
the Laying of this attachment that then the Said Joseph Venables Shall make Restitution
unto him the said Henry Fricks of all or Such part thereof as Shall be made appear to be undue
&c or that he the Said Joseph Pemberton will do it for him

                Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the twenty first day of June
ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Six afd that the afd Sum of Nine pounds
One Shilling Curr.t money afd and two hundred and twenty Eight pounds of tob.o so as afd attached
and by the Jurors afd found; be Condemned in the hands of the afd Isaac Noble as of the
Rights and Creditts of the afd Henry Fricks to Satisfie unto the afd Joseph Venables as afd
as also it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Joseph Venables Recover against ye
(901)   afd Isaac Noble the Sum of Nine hundred and forty three                           pounds of
tobacco by the Court here adjudged unto him for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suite in
this behalfe Laid Out and Expended and the afd Deft in mercy &c
