Next Court and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd Plft also

          Att which said next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of Novem Ann.o Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and twenty five Came againe as well the afd Plft as the afd Deft by
their attorneys afd and thereupon the afd deft by his Said attorney prayed further
Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he hath it and the Same day is
given to the afd Plft also

          Att which said Next Court to witt the fifteenth day of march anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and twenty five Came againe as well the afd Plft as the afd deft by their
attorneys afd and thereupon the afd deft by his Said attorney prayed further Leave
thereof to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and he hath it and the Same day is given
to the afd Plft also

          Att which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of June Anno Dom one thousand
seven hundred and twenty Six Came againe as well the afd Plft as the afd deft by
their attorneys afd and thereupon the said deft by his Said attorney as before defends
the force and Injury when &c and Saith that the afd Venables Condemnation of the
premisses so as afd attached Ought not to have becaus that he hath not nor at the time
of the Laying of ye attachment afd in his hands had or at any time Since hath had any
goods Chattells Rights or Creditts of the afd fricks in his hands and this he is Ready to verifie
Wherefore he prays Judgment if the afd Vennable Condemnation of the Premisses soe as
afd attach against him to have Ought not                                                   Dashiell p Deft

       And the afd Joseph Venables by Levin Gale his attorney says that he by anything
prealedged from having Condemnation of the premises afd in the hands of ye afd Isaac so as
afd attached ought not to be prealedged because he says that the said Isaac at the time of
the Laying the attachments afd in his hands viz.t the tenth day of July Ann Dom one
thousand Seven hundred and twenty five at the County afd within the Jur of this Court
had in his hands of the Effects of the afd Henry fricks to the value of Nine pounds one
Shilling Curr.t mony & two hundred & twenty Eight pounds of tob.o and this he prays may
be Enquired of by the Cuntry   Levin Gale for Plfts & the afd Isaac Likewise
                                                                                              G Dashiell P Deft

                Thereupon Command is given to the Sherr of Somersett County that Immediately
he Caus to Come here twelve &c by whom &c who Neither &c to Recognize &c becaus as well &c of
which Said preceipt the Said Sherr to witt Francis Allen Gent Now here at this day to witt the twenty
