Whereupon the afd William Ennalls by his attorney afd prays that the afd sum of twenty shillings Curr.t
mony so as afd attached as of the Rights and Creditts of the said Thomas Pryor may be Condemned in the
hands of the afd John Philips towards satisfying unto the said W.m Ennalls as well the sum of twenty
one pounds two shillings and five pence Curr.t mony and six hundred pounds of tob.o as also the Costs
accrewing upon the Writt of attachm.t afd

         Whereupon the said John Philips altho' solemnly Called to shew Caus &c Comes not but makes
default nor does any other person appear for him to Shew Caus to the Contrary &c

       Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the twenty first day of June ann.o Dom one thousand
seven hundred and twenty six that the afd sum of twenty shillings Curr.t money so as afd attached
may be Condemned in the hands of the said John Phillips as of the rights and Creditts of the said Thomas
Pryor towards satisfying unto the Said W.m Ennalls as well the Sum of twenty one pounds two shillings
and five pence Curr.t money and six hundred pounds of tobo as also the Costs accrueing upon the writt
of attachm.t afd and that the said W.m Ennalls have thereof his Execution against the said Jn.o Phillips
according to act of assembly

memorand.m the Plft by Leven Gale his attorney Sued Out his Lordships writt of
attachem.t against the deft the tenor whereof followeth in thes words viz.t  Somrsett
                      fs Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron
of Baltemore &c To the sherr of Somersett County Greeting we Command you that you attach any the goods
or Chattells Rights or Creditts of Dicklow Beak Late of Somersett County Planter if they Shall be found in your
Bailywick to the Value of twenty hundred pound of tob.o and when you have the Same attached or any
part thereof the Same in your Custody safe Keep so that you have the Same before the Justices of Our
County Court to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of of June next then and there to be Condemned
according to act of Assembly to and for the use of a Certain Joseph MaClester unless the Said
Dicklow Beak by himselfe or his attorney Shall appear and answer unto the Said Joseph MaClester in
a plea of trespass upon the Case &c according to Law and that by good and Lawfull men of your bailywick
you make Known unto the person or persons in whos hands you make the Same attachm.t that
he she or they be and appear before the Justices of Our Said County Court to be held as afd to Shew Cause
if any he she or they have why the Same goods Chattells Rights or Creditts so attached in his her or their
hands Ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof had and made according to the form of the afd
act of assembly in Such Case made and provided if to him her or them it Shall Seem mete and how you
Shall Execute this Writt that you make Known unto Our Said Justices at the Same day and place afd and
have you then and there this writt Witness &c
