Expended and that the Said Capell King have thereof his Execution against the Said Andrew
Wailes according to Act of assembly &c

 Memorand.m the Plft by Levin Gale his attorney Sued Out his Lordships
writt of attachm.t against the deft the tenor whereof followeth in these words
vizt     Somersett County fs  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary
                         of the provinces of maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c   To the
       Sherr of Somersett County Greeting We Command you that you attach any the goods Chattles rights
       or Creditts of Thomas Pryor Late of Somersett County Planter if they Shall be found in your Bailywick
       to the value of twenty one pounds two shillings and five pence Currt money and Six hundred
       pounds of tobacco and when you have the same attached or any part thereof of the same in
       your Custody safe Keep so that you have the Same before the Justices of our County Court to be held at
       Dividing Creek in Somersett County afd the third tuesday of June Next then and there to be held Condemned
       according to Act of Assembly to and for the use of a Certain Will.m Ennalls unless ye said Tho.s Pryor by
       himself or his attorney shall appear and answer unto the Said William Ennalls in a plea of trespass upon
       the Case &c according to Law and that by good and Lawfull Men of your Bailywick you make Known
       unto the person or persons in whose hands you make the same attachm.t that he she or they be and
       appear before the Justices of our Said County Court to be held as afd to Shew Cause if any he she or they
       have why the same goods Chattells Rights or Creditts so attached in his her or their hands ought not to
       be Condemned and Execution thereof had and made according to the form of the act of assembly in
       Such Case made and provided if to him her or them Shall Seem mete and how you Shall Execute this
       writt that you make Known unto Our Said Justices att the Same Day & place afd and have you then
       and there this Writt Wittness Samuel Hopkins Gent Chief Justice of Our Said Court the twenty
       third day of Aprill in the Eleventh Year of Our Dom &c Ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred

             Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the twenty first day of the Same month Ann.o Dom
       One thousand Seven hundred and twenty six being the day of the Return of the Said Writt
       Cometh the Said W.m Ennalls by his attorney afd and the Sherr of Somersett County to whom the
       foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh Return thereof to the Court here
       Endorsed in these words following viz.t  By Vertue of the within Writt to me directed to the
       worshipfull Justices within Named I Certifie that I have attached of the Effects of the within
       Named Thomas Pryor in the hands of Jno Phillips twenty Shillings Curr.t money and I have
       Sumoned the Said John Phillips to be and appear before the Justices within Named at the
       day and place within Mentioned to Shew Cause &c as by ye within Writt I am Commanded so answers
