Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty six being the day of the Return of the
said Writt Cometh the afd Betty Gale and Levin Gale Exrs as afd and the Sher of Somersett
County to whom the foregoeing Writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh Return
thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words vizt      Nihill P Fran: Allen Sherr

          And the Said Michael Holland altho' Solemnly Called Comes not nor Shews Cause
why &.c but makes default whereby the afd Plfts remains against ye afd deft wholly undefended

          Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the Twenty first day of June ann Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Six afd that the afd Betty Gale and Levin Gale Ex.rs as
afd have their Execution against the afd Michael Holland of the Judgm.t afd as well for the
Sum of One hundred and Sixty pounds Curr.t money Certain Damages his Debt afd as also the Sum
of four hundred and Nine pounds of tobacco Costs of Suite in the Judgm.t afd specifyed as also the
357   Sum of three hundred and fifty seven                  pound of tobo by the Court here adjudged
unto them for their Costs and Damages sustained by Occasion of Delay of Execution of the Judgm.t

 Memorandm the Plft by Levin Gale ^George Dashiell^ his attorney Sued Out his Lordships writt of
attachm.t against the deft the tenor whereof followeth in these words viz.t
Somersett fs  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of maryland
       and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.c  To the Sherr of Somersett County Greeting we Command you that you ^attach any of^
       of the goods and Chattells Rights or Creditts of Jonathan Woodbury late of Somersett County Mariner if they
       Shall be found in your Bailywick to the value of Six hundred pounds of tobacco and when you have
       the Same attached or any part thereof the Same in your Custody Safe Keep so that you have the Same
       Before the Justices of Our County Court to be held at Dividing Creek in Somersett County afd the third tuesday
       of June next then and there to be Condemned according to act of assembly to and for the Use of a Certain
       John Dennis Sen.r unless the Said Jonathan Woodbury by himselfe or his attorney Shall appear &
       answer unto the Said John Dennis in a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c according to Law and that
       by good and Lawfull men of Your Bailywick you make Known unto the person or persons in whose
       hands you make the Same attachm.t that he She or thay be and appear before the Justices of Our Said
       County Court to be held as afd to Shew Cause if any he She or they have why the Same goods Chattells
       Rights or Creditts so attached in his her or their hands Ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof
       had and made according to the form of the act of assembly in Such Case made and provided if to him
       her or them it Shall Seem mete and how you Shall Execute this Writt that you make Known unto
