133 and fifty pounds of tobo to paid next Levey Court for the County afd thereupon the Said John Tull is ordered to give Security for the Payment of the ^said^ tobo thereupon a Certaine Thomas Pullett of Somersett County Planter ^present in Court undertakes for ye said John Tull^ that if In Case the Said John Tull do not pay the Said sume of two thousand five hundred and fifty pounds of tobo to and for the use of Somersett County afd he the Said Thomas Pullett will pay the Same for him &c
Thereupon Command was given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he Should take ye said Margarett Fenton Spinster of Coventry Parish if She Should be found in his Bailywick and her Should Safe Keep so that he might have her body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of ^June^ August then next to answer unto his Said Lordship Concerning ^a^ Certain presentm.t against her found &c and that thereof he Should not fail &c Att which Said third tuesday of June to witt the twenty first day of the Same month ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Six being the day of the return of the Said Writt Cometh the Sherr of of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed and maketh Return thereof Endorsed in these words following viz.t Cepi Corpus P Francis Allen Sherr Whereupon the Said Margarett Fenton in her Own proper person appears and being by the Sherr Sett to the Bar is thereupon Instantly demanded how she would acquitt herselfe of the premisses above Imposed upon her make Oath that a Certain William Kinnigan is the Begetter of the Child She Stands Presented for and is willing to pay thirty Shillings for her fine for ye fact afd Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Margarett Fenton be fined to his Lordship for the fact afd thirty Shillings towards the defraying of the County Charge thereupon it is Ordered by the Court that She give Security for paym.t of the Severall Officers their fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd &c thereupon a Certain Moses Fenton under took to pay the Severall Officers their fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd &c
