132 Reading and to give him a new Suite of apparell at the Expiration of his Servitude &.c and as to the Covenants afd the Said Peter Dickenson is ordered to give security to Comply therewith Whereupon the Said Peter Dickenson together with John Starling his Security both present in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Said Abraham Jones in the Sum of twenty Pounds Sterling Joyntly and Severally on their bodys goods or Chattles Lands or tenements to be Levied for the Use of the Said Abraham Jones in Case the Said Peter Dickenson doth not Endeavour to Learn him the trade of a hous Carpenter and Keep him at his Reading and to give him a new Suite of apparell at the Expiration of his Servitude and to find and provide for him sufficient meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing mete for Such an apprentice to have and wear dureing his Servitude afd &c Thomas Gillis appointed Overseer of the road from in Stead of W.m Allexander to Clear a road from Said Alexanders to Richard Plunkett's and that his Own femal Male taxable Labourers W.m Allexanders, Sam.l Alexanders, Robert Willsons, George Benstons, and Richard Plunketts and all Others that Lives on the Said Road are to assist in Clearing of the Road ye said Gillis is Overseer of &c
Perpetuate the Bounds of the following tracts viz.t Duncan's Bottom Containing three hundred acres and Kirke Muister Containing two hundred acres and your Petitioner Shall Ever pray The Petition afd being read and heard and the Premisses Considered its thereupon Ordered by the Court that a Commission Issue as by the Petition afd is praid and that Joseph Venables, John Roach, Ebenezer Handy, and Thomas Humphry's of Somersett County Gent be Commissioners to Execute ye same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and Provided &c Upon the Mocon of Levin Gale Esq.r Prosecutor of his Lordships Pleas for Somersett County that leave may be given by this Court to Prosecute all Such Persons that Shall make a breach of an act of assembly Entituled an act Releiveing and freeing the Inhabitants of this province and Others Removing their familys from any other Country's or Coloneys to Settle and Inhabitt within this province from paying their dutyes and Impossitions on Negro's for any of their domestick Slaves &c which is Granted &c
