Surrey a negro Boy belonging to Allexander Lenkey is adjudged by the Court to be of the age of ten years
this term &c

Matthew Nutter son of Mathew Nutter dec.d Comes into Court and prays that he may have the Liberty of
Choseing his guardian he being of full age according to Law for the Choseing the Same &c which is granted
&.c   thereupon the said Mathew Nutter is Comm both Real and Personall is Committed unto the
Care of the sad Alexander Lackey he giveing security according to Law &c

Whereas a Certain Tyrill Brown son of John Brown dec.d was Left by the said John Brown under the Care of
a Certain Jn.o Fountain of Somersett County the said John Fountain to act and do by the Said Tyrill Brown
as if it had been his own Child &c  and since that the Said John Fountain  is dead &c  Now here at this day
to witt the twenty first day of June Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty six Came into
Court Mary Fountain Relict of the afd John Fountain dec.d and brings with her the afd Tyrill Browne
and prays that the afd Tyrill Brown may be ordered to her Care and tuition &c

                   thereupon the Said Tyrill Brown is ordered by the Court to the Care and Tuition of the
said Mary Fountain and that She Learn him to Read and Write &c

George Ackman son of Elizabeth Ackman is bound by the Court Said Eliz.a Ackman
his mother unto Merrick Ellis of Somersett County Gent untill he arrives to the age of
twenty one years he being Nine months old the Said George Ackman to serve the said
Merrick Ellis his heirs or assignes in all such Lawfull service as the said servant shall be Employed
in or about dureing the term afd &c

             Inconsideration of which Servitude the Said Merrick Ellis for himselfe his heirs &
assigns do promise to find learn him to Read and write and to find and provide for him all such Necessarys
as will be sufficient for such a Servant to have and wear dureing his Servitude afd &c

Jack a negro boy of Alexander Marcy is adjudged by the Court to be of the afd of twenty years this
term &c
                     Nan a negro Girl of Alexander Marcy is adjudged to be of the age of ten years this Term
             &c

Commission
To the worshipfull the Justices of Somersett County Now in Court Sitting the Petition of

John Cammell humbly Sheweth that whereas your Petitioner hath a tract of Land Called
                      Golden Quarter the Bounders being Somwhat Precarious prays that your worship will appoint
Commissioners as the Law directs in Such Cases for to swear Evidences and to Perpetuate the Bounds of Land
the same and your worship's Petitioner as in duty Bound shall Ever Pray

       the Petition afd being Read and heard and the Premisses Considered   It's thereupon ordered by
the Court that a Commission Issue as by the Petition afd is Praid and that William Fasitt, Edmond Crapper
James Rownd and Benjamin Burton be Commissioners to Execute the Same Commission according
to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &c
