Ordered by ye Court yt  Wm Fasitt pay unto James round ye sum of one hundred & twenty
pounds of tob.o due unto him for his attendance four days as Evidence on behalfe

made oath to ye Same &c

Ordered by the Court that Jn.o Donelson Pay unto Abraham Cordery George Collier the Sum of
One hundred and fifty Pounds of tobo being due unto him for his attendance five days as
Evidence on behalfe of the Said John Donelson against abraham Cordery he having made
oath to the Same &c

John Woodbury late of Somersett County Marriner if he Should be
found in his Bailywick & him Should Safe keep so that he might have
          his Body before ye Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing
          Creek the third tuesday of March then next to answer unto Jno Dennis Senr of a plea of trespass
          upon the Case &c and that thereof he should not fail &c
