Ordered by ye Court that Joseph MaClester pay unto Thomas Cary ye Sum of Ninety
pounds of tob.o being due unto him for his attendance three days as an Evidence for
ye said Joseph MaClester against Joy Hobbs he haveing made Oath to ye same

Ordered by the Court that Isaac Knot Pay unto Catherine Floyd and Thomas English the sume
of One hundred and Twenty pounds of tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance four
days Each as Evidences for the said Isaac Knott against W.m Jones they having made oath to
the Same &c 
                               Ordered by the Court that Alexander Maddox pay unto Jacob Adams the sum
of One hundred and twenty pounds of tobo being due unto him for his attendance four days for
as Evidence on behalfe of the Lord proprietary against him he having made oath to the same &c

    Ordered by ye Court that Allexander Maddox pay unto Jacob Adams ye sum
of Ninety pounds of tob.o being due unto for his Wife attendance three days
