and truly to be made and done we bind our Selves our or Either of our heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs for the Whole
and in the Whole Joyntly & Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seal & dated this 20
day of April Anno Dom 1726

The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that if the above bound W.m Collins Jn.o Crapper and
Richard Plunkett their heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs do well & truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the aboves.d
Sarah Olandman her heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes the full & Just Sum of nine pounds seven Shillings
and one penny being the Just Ball.s due to her from her fathers Estate when she shall attain to
full age according to act of assembly then ye above Obligation to be void otherwise to remain in

paid unto the Said Thomas Covington & Nehemiah Covington their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes
to the which payment well & truly to be Made & done we bind our selves our & Either of our heirs
Ex.rs & adm.rs for the whole & in the whole Joyntly & Severally firmly by these presents
sealed with our Seal & dated this 19.th day of March anno Dom 1725

Sixty pounds of tobo being due unto him for his attendance two days as an Evidence for the
RIght honrble the Lord proprietary against ^the said^ Thomas Travers he having made Oath to the Same

Ordered by the Court that Andrew Thompson pay unto Elianor Stephens the Sum of one
hundred and twenty pounds of tobo being due unto her for her attendance four days as Evidence for
the said Andrew Thompson against at Suite of the Lord Proprietary she having made Oath
to the Same

Ordered by ye Court that Joseph Harrison pay unto Jonathan Jackson & Luke Watson
ye sum of Sixty pounds of tob.o Each being due unto them for there attendance two days
as Evidence Each for ye Right honrble ye Lord proprietary against ye Said Joseph
