Henry Williams and Alice his wife admrx as afd altho' Solemnly Call'd Come not but
made default whereby the afd Plft Remains against the afd defts wholly undefended

       Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the fifteenth day of March anno Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and twenty five that the afd Benjamin Wailes have his
Execution against the afd Henry Williams and Alice his wife adm.rx of the Same Tho.s
Taylor for as well the Sum of Eight hundred and Eighty five pounds of tobo as also the
sum of two hundred and fifteen pounds of tob.o Costs as Likewise the sum of two
hundred and sixty one pounds of tobo Costs in the Judgm.t afd specifyed as also the sum of
223   Two hundred and twenty three         pounds of tobo by the Court here adjudged unto
him for his Costs and damages sustained by Occasion of Delay of Execution of the Judgmt afd
to be Levied on the goods and Chattells which were of the afd Thomas Tayler at the time of
his death and which to the hands of of the said Henry Williams and Alice his wife adm.rx
as afd here Should Come to be administred &c

memorand.m the Plft by Levin Gale his attorney sued out his Lordships writ

of scire facias against the deft the tenor of which Writt follows in these words vizt
somrsett fs  Charles absolute Lord & proprietary of the province of
       Maryland & avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c to the sher of Somersett County Gent Lately in our County
       Greeting whereas Benj.a Wailes Late of Somersett County Gent Lately in our County
       Court of Somersett here to witt on the Seventeenth day of March ann Dom one thousand
       Seven hundred & Eighteen before the Worshipfull Charles Ballard and
       his associates then our Justices of our ^same^ Court & by Consideration of the same Court recovered
       against a Certain Ann Renshaw of Mony hundred in the County of Somrsett widdow admrx &c
       of Jn.o Renshaw Late of Said County dec.d as well a Certain debt of one thousand one
       hundred & ninty one pounds of tob.o as Also the sum of two hundred & nineteen pounds
       of tob.o Costs Laid out & Expended &c whereof she is Convict as by the records & process
       thereof in our Court before our Justices here remaining Manifestly appeareth
       Nevertheless Execution of the Judgm.t as yett remaineth to be done & because we
       are willing that those things which in our Court afd rightly done should Come
       to a due Execution We Command you that by good & Lawfull men of your Bailywick
       you make known unto the afd Ann Renshaw that she be & appear before the Justices
       of our County Court to be held at Dividing Creek in Somrsett County afd
